Who is responsible

This browser reviewer
CSV files are read and analyzed in browser memory. The reviewer has no function to upload their rows to our server, query external sources or transmit them to a model. Exports are generated by the browser. Clearing data removes the interface reference; closing or refreshing ends the session. This does not delete downloaded files, device copies or information retained by browser extensions.
The desktop application
Offline review runs locally. Enrichment sends necessary company names, locations and domains to selected sources. Mailbox checks query DNS and connect to MX servers to inspect recipient responses; they do not send a message body. Germán checkpoints are encrypted and saved with a separate key. Input and exported CSV files are not encrypted by this mechanism. The legacy workflow can retain an unencrypted contact cache; Germán jobs disable it.
Optional AI
Chat sends allowlisted aggregate metrics and your typed question to the selected endpoint. It does not automatically attach data rows or enriched web pages. Personal data you type into your question is transmitted. Local Ollama processes on the computer where it is installed; a remote endpoint processes on its configured server. The server operator determines its responsibilities and providers. An AliceLabs-managed service requires a separately agreed written scope and terms.
Web access, communications and providers
Hosting, DNS or CDN providers may process IP addresses, timestamps, requested resources and technical information to serve and protect the page. The prepared deployment supports Hostinger; this notice does not promise an unconfirmed physical location or log-retention period. GitHub serves the repository when you follow its links. Email links open your email client; we receive the information you choose to send for responses, licensing, support and applicable obligations. This site copy has no marketing form or checkout.
Purposes, grounds and retention
Technical and contact data support requested services, security and correspondence. Depending on context and applicable law, grounds may include pre-contractual steps or contract, legitimate interests and legal obligations. Correspondence and contract records are kept as needed for their purpose and applicable requirements, subject to necessity review. We do not promise automatic deletion of legally required records or evidence for claims. No advertising or commercial tracking has been added to this landing.
Your rights and responsibilities
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable through the legal contact. We may seek proportionate verification without unnecessary identity documents. You may complain to a competent authority. Import only data you are authorized to process, respecting transparency, objection rights and source restrictions. Any agreed processing service must establish roles, subprocessors, transfers, retention and a data-processing agreement before it starts.
Changes
Revisions display an updated date. Changes do not retroactively authorize processing. New features that materially change data flows require corresponding information and permissions.
