Provider and scope
TechDigital Prospect is published by AliceLabs LLC. These terms cover this site and its browser reviewer. Source and desktop software are governed by AL-1.0 and the applicable written commercial authorization. A service proposal is binding only when the parties accept its scope and terms.
Permission to use the web reviewer
AliceLabs permits free use of its hosted browser-review interface, including review of your own professional files that you may lawfully process. This limited interface permission does not grant source redistribution, operation of a derivative service or a commercial license for the downloadable app. Downloads permit non-commercial evaluation under AL-1.0. This reviewer permission does not change third-party data, model or dependency rights.
What results mean
Syntax indicates format, not mailbox existence. Duplicate candidates require review. A website/email domain difference may be legitimate. DNS/MX identifies routes and SMTP provides a point-in-time response, without guaranteeing delivery, identity, consent or reputation. Sources may be blocked, incomplete or stale. SPF/DMARC diagnostics inspect publication at the queried domain, not complete authentication. AI may be wrong and its replies do not automatically execute actions.
User obligations
You must have capacity to contract and authority to import and process data. Observe applicable law and source terms, honor objections and do not use the product for fraud, abuse, harassment or control evasion. The product does not confer outreach consent or provide legal advice. Users configuring agents or automation remain responsible for their activity.
Contracts, support and payments
This landing does not collect payments or create subscriptions. Commercial licenses and services need an AliceLabs proposal defining price, taxes, scope, deliverables, timing, support and termination/refund rules. Email contact does not activate a service or charge. Evaluation downloads include no SLA or uninterrupted-availability promise.
Intellectual property and third parties
AliceLabs LLC ownership and attribution under the license remain, along with applicable contributor and third-party rights and notices. TechDigital Prospect is the product identity; no trademark-registration claim is made. Competitor marks are descriptive and imply no affiliation. AI models and dependencies have separate licenses.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, evaluation is provided as available without promises of complete accuracy, revenue or email delivery. Do not rely on its signals alone for decisions requiring independent verification. AL-1.0 exclusions and limitations apply within their software scope; contracted services have written terms. Nothing excludes legally non-excludable liability, mandatory consumer rights, fraud or mandatory data-protection remedies.
Interruption, applicable law and contact
We may proportionately restrict site access for abuse, real risks or maintenance, without removing rights acquired under an applicable contract. Contact legal@alicelabs.site to seek dispute resolution. The applicable license or contract supplies governing law, subject to mandatory law and jurisdiction protecting the user. If a provision is invalid, remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted.
