Purchased services and licenses
Before charging, AliceLabs must provide a proposal covering price, taxes, deliverables, schedule, support, cancellation and refunds. Milestones and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing. This notice does not impose a universal no-refunds rule on future services or licenses.
Problems and statutory rights
For suspected duplicate charges, incorrect delivery or a breached agreement, contact legal@alicelabs.site with a reference and description, never full card numbers. Cases are reviewed under the contract and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights, applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for undelivered services are preserved.
